Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical and digital items offered through the Flushingpurgeres club shop in the United States.

Physical Products

If you receive a journal or band set that arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order reference and photos of the item and packaging. We will review and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging when a return is approved. Return shipping costs may apply unless the error was on our side.

Digital Products

Digital stamp packs are delivered electronically. If you experience a technical delivery issue, contact us within 7 days and we will work to provide access or a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Non-Returnable Situations

• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or normal wear.
• Digital products successfully downloaded without a reported defect.
• Requests made outside the stated time windows without extenuating circumstances.

How to Start a Return

Email infocenter@flushingpurgeres.world or use our Contact page with your name, order details, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within two business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive returned goods or confirm a digital issue. Timing on your statement may vary by payment provider.
